Biu, Tsoi Sung-piu (b. 1999), is a contemporary art practitioner based in Hong Kong, specializing in photography. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2023, and now continues his Master of Arts in Fine Arts at the same university from 2025. His artistic practice examines the dynamic between constructed realities and authentic places. Drawing on contemporary philosophy of art and technology, he is now focusing more on topics including plural technologies, post-human conditions, and the rupture of photography in technological advancement.
蔡崇標生於1999年香港，2023年於香港中文大學哲學系畢業，自2025年起修讀中文大學藝術文學碩士。他的創作主要探討攝影行為所構築的虛擬敘事與真實場域之間的關係。
