Biu, Tsoi Sung-piu, is an image-based art practitioner based in Hong Kong, specializing in tableau photography. He received his BA in Philosophy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2023, and pursue his MA in Fine Arts at the same university from 2025. His practice explores photography as an act of ritualization—not in search of re-enchantment nor a desire to return to ritual, but as a way to articulate the intensities of lived narratives. Drawing on this approach, he is currently focusing on visual topics related to cosmotechnics and poetic dwellings.
